You may cancel your digital order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been activated or delivered. For cancellation requests, please email us at support@heymira.ai.

1.2 Cancellation After Activation

Once your AI agent or digital service has been delivered or activated, cancellations are no longer possible.

1.3 Order Cancellation by CallMira

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:

  • Technical issues or service unavailability
  • Payment failures or suspected fraud
  • Errors in pricing or service description
  • Breach of our Terms and Conditions

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for unactivated services or technical failures on our end.
  • Once a service has been successfully delivered or initiated, it becomes non-refundable.
